I have 2 daughters, dogs, a husband . We like to travel and hang out in the yard.

What is a piece of life advice that you have for parents to give to their children (beyond what you learned in medical school)?

Everything takes time. Be patient

How do you maintain a healthy life style? What are some tips to share?

Good sleep habits. Daily exercise. Enjoy a kiddie cone of ice cream.
