Following medical school, he completed a rigorous pediatric residency and served as Chief Resident at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore in the Bronx. He and George Rogu, MD, both coming up from residency together, transformed what was once Reichman Brown and Kaplan into the largest and highest-quality Independent Pediatric Practice on Long Island. They founded the RBK Pediatrics Pediatric Obesity and Management Program, focusing on preventing and treating childhood obesity through education and personalized care. Additionally, Dr. Reilly established the ADHD Evaluation and Management Program, providing comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans for children facing attention and learning challenges.
